This Broom 44 features twin 430 hp Volvo Penta TAMD 72A engines and includes an aft cabin plus 2 guest cabins. It is fully equipped with:

Construction and Interior

Built by the English quality shipyard C.J. Broom & Sons, this Broom 44 offers a spacious and light interior, finished in teak. The interior upholstery is in beige leather, while the outdoor cushions are in cognac leather.

Living Spaces

The saloon features 2 sitting areas. The galley, located at the level of the cabins, is fully equipped with:

• Double sink
• 4-burner hob
• Extractor hood
• (Steam) oven
• Refrigerator

Aft Cabin

The spacious aft cabin includes:

• Double bed
• Ample cupboard space
• Bathroom with toilet and shower

Guest Accommodations

There is a bow cabin with a double bed and an additional cabin with 2 single beds. Guests can use the bathroom with toilet and shower located at the front of the vessel.

Deck Features

On deck, you will find:

• Steering position with a clear dashboard
• Comfortable helmsman's chair
• Passenger seat
• Bench across the width of the aft deck with a table

The wide side decks provide easy access to the foredeck. There are 2 additional stainless steel boarding ladders, one at the bow and one at the side of the vessel. The radar arch is foldable, and the sprayhood and aft deck canopy can be opened separately.

Dinghy and Additional Information

This Broom 44 also includes Simpson davits for a dinghy with a maximum weight of 130 kg. Part-exchange is considered.
